Class Schedule

Rules:

• Uniform Policy- Gi tops and bottoms must be matching color

• No Gi classes- students must wear a rash guard. No T-shirts

• Wash all Gi’s and No Gi apparel after class

• Greet teammates upon entering the mat

• Welcome all guests and visitors by introducing yourself. Treat newcomers as you would like to be treated

• Use respectful language and behavior. Especially around minors

• Practice good hygiene. Keep fingernails and toenails short and trimmed

• Only apply as much pressure needed. Never intentionally harm anyone

• No shoes on the mat

• Shoes must be worn in the restroom at all times

• Be on time for class

• Have fun
